Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter

The best feeling in the world: Erin told me after her slumber party birthday this morning that this was the best birthday ever! Success!! Oh and as the parents that lived through it....exhaustion.

And then there was after Disneyland

What is better than a vacation to a house with a pool and then Disney? For my 7 and 4 year old...nothing. Mike and I actually thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, too. We hit California Adventure on the first day. Boy, was it an adventure. While riding the Tower of Terror... an earthquake hit. Disney was great, calm, cool, collected. We only had an hour of ride interruption and all was back to "Happiest Place on Earth". Second day at Disney and we had a great time! Honestly, I really had a great time. Other than carrying my 4 year old around half the day, it truely is an incredible experience to see Disney in the eyes of your kids. It definitely isn't about me anymore....
